How To Register
- Download the three PDF documents at the bottom of this page.
- Print out the PDFs on paper, fill them out, and bring with you on registration day, along with the tuition fee.
- Please do not forget to attach your child(ren)’s IMMUNIZATION REPORTS from their primary healthcare provider. Without their immunization reports, we will not be able to complete their registration.
